Changes and Cancellations

We play fair. If you need to change or cancel your order, let us know as soon as you can with your order number. If we catch it before dispatch, we’ll do our best to cancel it and organise a refund.

Returns and Refunds

Not happy with your Throne? No worries. Any unused product, in resaleable condition and original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unless it’s our error, the cost of return shipping is on you.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
